We aim to create a community retail store symbolizing To Kwa Wan. Through the theme of rice which is divided into spring, summer, autumn and winter, i.e., four seasons, from the older generation to the younger generation, from tradition to technology, showing the four generations’shopping patterns, so that a store can have different sales patterns and atmosphere, redefining what retail stores should truly be.
